Meet Chris.

Chris works on state-contracted products in Goodwill’s Commercial Services warehouse in Tyler, Texas. For the past six years, he’s been an important part of the Goodwill family — known for his dedication, teamwork, and positive spirit.

This year, Chris was honored as the 2025 recipient of the Artie Lee Hinds Award at the WorkQuest Annual Awards Banquet, recognizing his hard work and commitment to excellence.

At home, Chris lives with his sister, brother-in-law, and their seven children. He shares that his job at Goodwill gives him more than just employment — it gives him purpose. What he’s most proud of is being able to contribute to his family’s household through his paycheck.
