Digital Skills Courses
Basic Computer Literacy Course where individuals will learn basic parts of the computer, how to install and uninstall programs, send and receive emails (with attachments), Microsoft Word and Outlook, basic computer security, media, internet, backup and restore of computer, etc.
CompTIA CySA+
This Cyber Security class is online and self-paced with weekly check-ins from an instructor. Students will learn to improve processes in security operations and differentiate between threat intelligence and threat hunting concepts; identify and analyze malicious activity using the appropriate tools and techniques. Students will implement and analyze vulnerability assessments, prioritize vulnerabilities and make recommendations on mitigating attacks and vulnerability response. Upon completion, students will be confident in applying updated concepts of attack methodology frameworks, perform incident response activities and understand the incident management lifecycle. Students are taught to apply communication best practices in vulnerability management and incident response as it relates to stakeholders, action plans, escalation and metrics.
