Drop Off Tax Preparation - Goodwill Industries of East Texas

Thanks to our partnership with the IRS, each year Goodwill Industries of East Texas assists low-income families with free tax preparation through our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.

For those unable to attend one of our in-person appointments, we offer a drop-off service for tax preparation.

You must provide a working phone number. We need to be able to call you to:

Let you know that we have received your documents.
Ask any questions or notify you if additional information is needed.
Set an appointment to sign and pick up your tax return.

ALL COMPLETED FORMS AND TAX DOCUMENTS MUST BE DROPPED OFF BY APRIL 10TH.

This service is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
