ETHNN is a backbone organization working to remove barriers and build resources for overall wellbeing. Research and actions take place in education, employment, healthcare, behavioral healthcare, housing, transportation, and economic wellbeing! Called collective action, the idea is simple: When we work together toward shared goals, create a coordinated plan of action, and use data to continuously progress toward those goals, we can solve the complex challenges that impact our community.

As a network we provide two functions:
1. Engagement and focus
2. Support action

1. ENGAGEMENT & FOCUS: Engage the community, research needs, coordinate plan, and measure impact.

2. SUPPORT ACTION: Knowledge Share, Facilitation & Brokering, Capacity Building, Advocacy, and Project Management.
